A serious commotion has erupted in the Winnerspark camp between some of the senior players and their management over the issue of transfer certificates.

The players have disclosed that their boss Robert Mokgola has refused to issue their transfer certificates even after they had returned all his team’s equipment’s. One of the senior players who spoke on condition of anonymity said he did return the club’s equipment but was told the club could not issue his clearance until he has disclosed his prospective club. Team boss, Robert Mokgola confirmed he did refuse to issue clearance certificates to some of the players but explained it was on condition they returned the team’s equipment.

The no nonsense Winnerspark owner further mentioned he needed to know the name of the clubs the players were joining before issuing the transfer certificates. “I cannot issue a blank transfer certificate to players because they can easily edit it and tomorrow you hear that your player has  joined a big professional side like kaizer Chiefs. Obviously I need to be compensated. But if a player comes clean to me and says I need a clearance to ABC Motsepe club I will not expect compensation” said Mokgola.

“We told them clearly what to do if they want their clearance certificates therefore I cannot allow them to make their own rules” he added

“One of the players approached me and he was honest with me to say he was joining Marumo Gallants. Because we know Gallants is not a rich team we gave him his clearance certificate without expecting any compensation” he concluded. Whether these players will finally receive their clearance certificates or not remains to be seen.
