City Formers players showcase their two trophies after winning the Top 8 tournament last weekend.

Loloka City Formers FC were crowned champions of the Swamanyunyu Top 8 Annual Soccer tournament held at Mageva Springbok ground in Greater Giyani during the weekend.

They beat an equally strong Ngove United 8-7 on penalties after both clubs were deadlocked 1-1 in full time. City Formers walked away with R8000 first prize, two trophies, two soccer kits and gold medals while their runners up, Ngove United received  R4000, two soccer kits and silver medals.

Each of the two semi finalists walked away with a soccer kit.
