Nkomo Eleven Experience were crowned Nedbank Cup preliminary round champs.

The enterprising Nkomo Eleven Experience was crowned winners of Mopani Nedbank Cup preliminary stage last Sunday at Xikukwane Stadium.
They beat last season Holywood bets league winners Dzekula Sky Masters 4-3 on penalties after the game ended in a 1-1 stalemate. In the semifinals they whipped Segabeng Hot Beans 6-3 while Sky Masters beat Babanana Mountain Tigers 2-0 to qualify for the final.
Nkomo will represent Mopani in the Regional qualifiers. Meanwhile, the Nedbank Cup Preliminary qualifiers for ABC Motsepe league clubs has been released. This Thursday afternoon Maruleng Celtics play Nkowankowa Continental at Drakenseige Stadium, Mpheni Home Defenders host Musina United at Makhado Sports ground, Mighty FC play Ditlou at Seshego ground B while Eleven Fast Tigers host Mokopane PJ Stars at Makgoka 2 sports ground. All Thursday games start at 15h00.
