Mahlatse Mashakhene will represent Limpopo U15 provincial team in Gauteng this month.

The newly formed Frank Moloto Development League in Kgapane township is proudly celebrating as one of its players, Mahlatse Mashakhene, has been selected to represent the SAFA Limpopo provincial U15 squad in the Talent Development Scheme (TDS) interprovincial U15 tournament to be held in Gauteng Province this month.
Mashakhene, a skilled goalkeeper playing for TES Development in Kgapane township, impressed during the preliminary selection in Polokwane, securing a well-deserved spot in the final provincial squad. Together with three other players from the Mopani region, the talented 15-year-old is preparing to showcase his exceptional skills at the upcoming tournament.
The SAFA/FIFA Talent Development Scheme is an initiative aimed at helping member associations like SAFA to maximize player potential and opportunities, and has been instrumental in providing platforms for young talents like Mashakhene to develop and thrive. It is used by the national coaches to identify the pool of players for their national boys and girls development teams.
