Koporal Moatli is one of the senior Winnerspark players who have made a return to the club

Winnerspark team manager Morathi Mokgola has confirmed that the club has decided to bring back former senior players following their recent 2-0 loss to Owen Da Gama’s Vondwe X1 Bullets in the Nedbank Cup Preliminary round fixture.

Among the returning players are top striker Koporal Moatli, team captain Thabiso “Roger” Maunatlala, Thapelo Mokgola, and Selby “General Gwimbi” Rapatsa.

Koporal, who joined the club last season, proved to be a vital goal scorer, Despite not being initially invited to be part of the team this season. His return is anticipated to bring a significant impact while Thapelo Mokgola, a key midfielder, had initially planned to take a break from the game this season but was later convinced by the management to make a return. His return is seen as a significant boost to the team’s midfield strength.

Furthermore, the return of team captain Thabiso Maunatlala and Selby Rapatsa, who have both contributed immensely to the club’s past successes, is expected to fortify the team’s defence and attacking prowess.
