The newly appointed Tzaneen United head coach Peace Khosa says he is cooking something great for his new club this season.
The former Nkowankowa Continental coach who was recently appointed head coach of the Maruleng based ABC Motsepe league side replaced former Orlando Pirates player Lebo Mothibantwa who left the club within less than a month of his appointment as head coach.
Khosa said his new side has quality players to do well in the league this season. “I am happy with the quality of the players in our disposal. I only added three more good players from my former team just to insure there is depth and I can promise you I am cooking something great” he said.
The gifted tactician has also expressed his joy over his appointment as coach of the popular Maruleng based ABC Motsepe league side.
“I am excited to be a coach of such a popular team and I can promise that I will not disappoint” he added. Khosa who successfully led a nine month old Continental team to the ABC Motsepe league last season is enjoying a full support of his club chairperson Dinus Mafologela.
The no nonsense club owner was recently reported to have substantiated his faith in his new mentor.
United will be competing in the stream B of the ABC Motsepe league for the second season after they finished fifth in the log in their debut season. Their opponents will be mostly teams from Polokwane area and khosa said he is expecting tough competition. “Polokwane clubs are tough but we are equal to the task. I just hope that officiating will be at it’s best” he said.
