Former Maruleng Celtics coach Tapfumaneyi Dodo is available and ready to return to the ABC Motsepe League — but only for the right project.
The Zimbabwean-born tactician is looking for a club with serious championship ambitions and says he is ready to take charge of any side that wants to challenge for the provincial title.
Dodo has built a reputation as a calm coach with a strong tactical understanding during his time in South African football.
His coaching journey in the ABC Motsepe League has included spells with Mariveni United, Tzaneen United, Acornbush United and Maruleng Celtics, giving him valuable experience of the demands and competitiveness of the provincial game.
His South African journey began at Acornbush United after veteran coach Jacob Sakala recommended him to the club.
Since then, Dodo has continued to work his way through the provincial football ranks, gaining experience at different clubs and developing his own coaching philosophy.
Now he is looking for his next challenge. The coach is understood to be particularly interested in a club with the ambition, structure and resources to compete for the championship rather than simply fighting for survival.
For Dodo, the target is clear, winning.
He wants to work with a club that shares his ambition and is prepared to build a team capable of challenging for the ABC Motsepe League crown.
With clubs finalising their technical teams ahead of the new campaign, Dodo’s availability could attract interest from ambitious sides looking for an experienced hand on the touchline. For the former Maruleng Celtics mentor, the message is simple:
