Bolobedu born Lethabo “Keiter” Mathaba’s team in Rwanda Musanze FC is on top of the Rwandan Premier League Division one.
They top the log with nine points after winning all their three opening games. They beat Etoile de I’Est 4-1 in their opening game away and went on to win their second and third games against Bugesara 1-0 and Sunrise 2-1 respectively to sit comfortably on top of the league log.
Second placed Amagaju are trailing Musanje with just a point but with a game in hand. Gasoji United are placed third with seven points in four games. The 24 year old former Black Leopard attacking midfielder signed a two year deal with the East African club in August this year after “Lidodadovha” had failed to renew his contract.
He had impressed them during his assessment in the offseason. “There are many talented players here in Rwanda especially in our team but I have already settled very well. The team is really doing much better even though there is still a long way to go,” said Lethabo.
He has already scored his first goal in his debut game against Etoile de I’Est at the start of the season in August.
