Jamela based side Josy United FC has once again proved to be too good for the Regional league status.

This after the star studded side maintained their unbeaten run in the league last weekend with two victories against two rookie clubs Ramaroka Super Aces at Fohlohlo village and Mphehli Real Rovers at home in Jamela soccer ground.

Josy is currently unbeaten in all their league encounters this season and are leading the log with 18 points from 6 games. The three year-old club has already taken part in the regional playoffs twice since it’s advent however they were unfortunate to have failed to gain promotion on both occasions.

This time around the team seems to be more focused on gaining promotion to the second division league this year. Although they lost their best coaches in Musa Nkondo and Shakes Manyakalla, the Jamela based side seems to be in good hands still. Their young coach Tshepo “Sampam” Mashao is doing very well with the team and has so far helped them maintain their winning streak.  This season they are closely challenged by the much improved FC Rellen of Senwamokgope who are in position two with 13 points from six games.
