The 41 year-old former professional player who hails from Ga-Ramotshinyadi in Bolobedu has been coaching ABC Motsepe league clubs in Gauteng Province since he retired from the Premier Soccer League football at Highlandspark in 2015/2016 season. The CAF C license coaching license holder missed out on an opportunity to promote All Stars to the National First Division in 2022 when his team lost in the Provincial playoffs against La-Masia.
La-Masia went on to gain promotion to the Nation First Division. “Bingo” who was reported to have shown interest in coaching his former side Winnerspark since the beginning of the season was unable to do so at that time due to some temporary commitments.

Some of the teams he played for in the Premier Soccer League includes Platinum Stars 2003-2011, Mphumalanga Black Aces 2013-2014, HighlandsPark 2014-2016.
