Through dedication, countless late nights, and weekend classes, the 2024 learners of Maruleng have overcome challenges to achieve a remarkable pass rate.
Calais High School continues to set the bar high with an outstanding 100% pass rate. Similarly, Lepono High School and Ngwana Makhutswe High School have achieved a 100% pass rate, showcasing the collective effort and commitment of learners, educators, and the broader community.
In a determined effort to uplift academic outcomes, the Mayor personally adopted several schools, providing the necessary resources and support.
Mayor Musolwa attributes this success to the hard work and collaboration of all stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and learners.
To ensure continued progress, the Maruleng Municipality remains committed to supporting struggling schools within the area. Additionally, the Mayoral bursary program is available to assist deserving learners in pursuing further education.
