Winnerspark, currently struggling near the bottom of the league standings, has enhanced their squad by signing two former players from Nkowankowa Continental: striker Vutshila “Choppa” Selowa and central defender Israel Tipanyeka.

Choppa, known for his speed and agility, has been brought in to strengthen the attacking line, especially in the absence of their usual striker, Koporal Moatli. Moatli, along with other senior players such as Kgothatso “Shebe” Rakgoale and Thapelo Mokgola, left the club at the beginning of the season.

Defender Israel Tipanyeka has been signed to fill the gap left by Madimetsa “Katsande” Ndlovu, who reportedly departed due to salary disagreements with the new management. Previously, “Katsande” and Thabiso “Roger” Maunatlala formed a highly regarded defensive partnership at the club.

Currently, the Venda-based club is sitting second from the bottom in the league standings, with only 13 points from 15 games. They are tied on points with Maruleng Celtics and Black Leopards, who are in third and fourth places, respectively, with the same number of matches played. Under the guidance of experienced coaches Joel Mongalo and Isaac “Wacko” Senyolo, Winnerspark is expected to find a way to escape the relegation zone.
