The Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture in collaboration with the Greater Tzaneen Municipality, Mopani District and the local authors will host the Libraries Empowering Local and Emerging Authors Talk at Tzaneen Old Fire Hall on 25 November from 09:00.
This initiative forms part of the department’s ongoing efforts to inculcate the culture of reading, support literary development and strengthen the role of libraries as centers of knowledge and community engagement.
The event is designed to celebrate local literary talent, foster community participation, and provide a meaningful platform for authors to share their work and creative journeys.
The emerging and established writers from across the province will engage audiences through discussions, readings and storytelling sessions that highlight the richness of Limpopo’s literary landscape.
