In a bid to revive football in Kgapane Township, SAFA Mopani president, Vincent Ramphao has organised a tournament for U-15 teams on Youth Day.
The tournament will be held at Kgapane stadium to keep up with his promise to make good use of the R42 million renovated facility.
Eight teams from Kgapane and surrounding areas will lock horns for a trophy and R1200 cash first prize. In the first game Ramohlala will take on Maapana in what promises to be an exciting affair.
The talented Tshepo Academy will take on Dream team in the second game while Mashona will fight for semifinal place against Tsennyani. Modjadjiskloof based Kingscourt Soccer Academy and Juventus will play the last game of the quarterfinal. The semi and the finals will take place on the same day and entrance is free.
