Ex Kgapane Young Stars and Winnerspark coach Seshoka Ramohale has made a surprise return to football coaching after he was hit by a stroke attack in June 2019.
The gifted mentor who made a name for himself between the years 2005/6 when he promoted the now defunct Kgapane Young Stars team to the then Vodacom league is now the head coach of Bellevue’s oldest club called All Stars.
He joined the club in September this year after he partially recovered from the attack that has affected his left hand and foot. Ramohale is now using a crutch on his right side to walk.
However the courageous tactician is still able to pursue his coaching passion since he is still able to write and speak. “Yes I am still able to coach very well because I can still write and speak. However I prefer to write notes and hand them over to my assistants who speak to the players in my behalf” Ramohale said.
The 56 year-old was in charge of the All Stars team that lost in the finals of the tough Runnymade Cluster Top 16 tournament which saw great teams such as Winnerspark, Tzaneen United and the host Josy United crush out in the early stage.
His talented team lost to Hollywood bets league side Joppie All Blacks on penalties after the game was deadlocked at 1-1 in full time. He expressed his desire to coach in the Hollywood bets regional league again if given a chance to do so. “I want to attend the CAF D license course that is coming in January next year so that I can coach in the Hollywood bets league” he said
