This weekend, all eyes will be on Thohoyandou Stadium in Venda for the National First Division (NFD) match between the struggling Venda FC and Kruger United.

This is the only NFD fixture being hosted in Limpopo, as other clubs like Baroka, Black Leopards, and Casric Stars will be playing away matches.

Baroka will face Durban City this Friday at Chatsworth Stadium, while Black Leopards will visit JDR Stars at Soshanguve Giant Stadium.

Casric Stars will take on newcomers Leruma United at Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium.

Both Venda and Kruger are currently having a tough season, with Kruger performing slightly better, having secured only one win in their last six games. In contrast, Venda has managed just one draw and has lost five matches. However, with recent changes in coaching staff and the addition of two new strikers—veteran player Judas Moseamedi and former Mpheni striker Rankoko Tau—Venda could potentially turn their fortunes around.
