The Bolobedu South football giants Team 100% were crowned as champions in the Top 8 Tournament that was held at Mapitlula Sports ground.
Team 100% popularly known as Tauzan jitas were sensational since day one of the tournament as they crushed Makhubaza FC by two goals to nil. It was not only their super wheels that kept them moving but also their level of discipline in the field.
They proceeded to the semi-finals of the tournament where they met their old rivals Igwe Boys known to football lovers as Nigeria. The two teams are labelled as Bolobedu’s best teams and are so then the old rivals in the Bolobedu football.
Again in this encounter, the Jitas displayed a wonderful performance as they approached the game with a winning mentality. Although it was a game of two-halves, Team 100% managed to convert their opportunities and scored four goals to nil that saw Igwe Boys eliminated from the tournament.
Jitas advanced to the finals to meet the Fobeni Village based team Mabetha FC.
The on form Jitas again marvelled everyone they came from behind to level the score of one, again through a long range rocket free-kick gave the Jitas a lead in the dying minutes of the game.
Mabetha were unable to come back, that means Team 100% won the game by two goals to one.
