Tshepo Academy FC emerged victorious in a thrilling conclusion to the Youth Day Top 8 Soccer Tournament, held on Sunday and proudly sponsored by Modjadji Plaza.

The tournament celebrated the vibrancy and resilience of local youth, culminating in Tshepo Academy lifting the trophy after a hard-fought 1-0 win over Moshakga United in the final.

The closely contested final showcased the grit and discipline of both teams, but a solitary goal was enough for Tshepo Academy to etch their name in the winner’s column and claim bragging rights.

Tshepo Academy faced a challenging path to the final, beginning with a decisive 3-1 victory over their arch-rivals, Mashona FC. They then edged past Modjadji College FC with a 2-1 win in a tense semifinal to secure their spot in the final showdown.
