Westenburg is set for an explosion of colour and culture this Saturday, 6 September 2025, as the inaugural Art Xpress exhibition opens at Bo-Tyre Xpress, 22 Ben Harris Street. From midday onwards, residents and visitors will be treated to a vibrant showcase curated by local creative force Rolland and a dynamic collective of Limpopo talent.

Art Xpress was founded to nurture artistic growth and bring creative voices to the fore. “This is all about giving creatives a platform—first in our own community, and eventually reaching wider audiences,” says Rolland Tiki. The exhibition will feature a wide variety of visual art, music, fashion, poetry, performance and more, ensuring every visitor finds something that ignites their curiosity.

In addition to the exhibition, Rolland emphasizes that there will be stalls available for those who wish to exhibit or sell their own work, making it a true community marketplace for art and inspiration. “We welcome all artists, families and art lovers to join us, connect, and celebrate Limpopo’s creative spirit,” Rolland explains.

There is no charge for entry, making the experience accessible for all who want to discover and support local creativity. Organisers invite audiences to follow and interact with @ArtXpress across social media platforms for updates and more information.

Those interested in event details or stall bookings can contact Rolland at 068 404 6656 or Jeniffer at 062 139 2244.
