Former Marumo Gallants player Judas Moseamedi has confirmed his move to the Tunisian league one side, El Gawafel Sportives de Gafsa.

The 29 year-old striker has signed a two year contract with the newly promoted side. This after his six months contract with relegated Gallants ended at the end of last season.

El Gawafel will be campaigning in the Tunisian league one this season after they won league two championship with only one loss in 22 games. In the top flight Moseamedi’s team will play against the likes of Esperance De Tunis who have played South African sides before and Étoile du Sahel who has won more CAF Trophies than any other team in Tunisia.

The experienced Telkom Knockout Cup winner with Cape Town City in 2016 will be expected to help his new club lift trophies this season. When at his best the lethal marksman who is now at the peak of his career is capable of messing up any defender and scoring important goals.
