It’s all set for a fiery Hollywoodbets League Baobab Stream clash this weekend as Mphehli Real Rovers look to do what no team has done so far — hand FC Rellen their first defeat of the season.
The Kgapane-based side, sitting 5th on the table with 25 points, will have home ground advantage and local supporters behind them when they welcome the high-flying Senwamokgope outfit.
FC Rellen have been unstoppable this season, topping the log with 42 points from 14 games without tasting defeat.
But Rovers coach Tshepo Sebopetsa is not fazed.
“They beat us in the first round when I wasn’t there. This time, it’s a different story — we are ready for them,” he said confidently.
Adding more spice to the encounter is FC Rellen’s experienced coach, Free State-born Shakes Manyakalla, a well-known football brain and former Winners Park mentor. The seasoned tactician will be determined to keep his team focused and protect their unbeaten streak.
