SAFA Capricorn Region coaching course

SAFA Capricorn will host a CAF D Licence Coaching Course later this month as the region continues its drive to develop qualified football coaches.
The course will be held at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium from 15 to 22 August 2026 and is limited to 30 aspiring coaches.
Registration costs R3 000, with applications closing on 10 August 2026.
SAFA Capricorn Regional President Jacky Mogashoa said the association is committed to improving coaching standards in the region and revealed that a CAF C Licence Coaching Course is also planned before the end of the year.
“We are committed to developing our coaches. After the CAF D Licence course, we are planning to host a CAF C Licence Coaching Course before December,” said Mogashoa.
Mogashoa added that the course is open to coaches from all SAFA regions, not only those based in Capricorn, and encouraged interested candidates to register before the deadline.
