Hope Mmasutang Rasekele set to make Muvhango debut on March 17th.

Hope Rasekele, a talented actress from Polaseng village in Bolobedu, is set to make her debut on the popular soap opera Muvhango on March 17th.

 Following her impressive performance in the Queen Modjadji drama series, where she played Dzugudini, Queen Modjadji’s mother, Rasekele will take on the role of Winnie Rivombo, wife to Mzamani Rivombo (played by Obed Baloyi).

Winnie is a strong, faith-driven woman whose deep-rooted church values guide her decisions and interactions. As a natural leader in her community, she is admired for her compassion, resilience, and unwavering commitment to those around her.

 With a heart of gold, Winnie stands as a pillar of strength, embodying grace, dignity, and the true essence of a family matriarch.

Rasekele expressed her excitement about joining Muvhango, saying, “What is yours will never miss you. Always be present to the process of becoming.”

Winnie and Mzamani have two children: daughter Hulukati “Hulu” (played by Nkateko Mabunda), a lovable teenager with big dreams and an even bigger heart, aspiring to become a successful influencer; and son Nkomati (played by Junior Magagane).
