In the men’s category, Limpopo will be represented by defending champions, Moletlane Texas, 2026 Super League winners, Lebowakgomo Wild Beasts and third-placed Seshego Raiders.
Texas women will return to the fray as reigning champions as well as Diphale Blues and Moletjie Cheetahs.
The greatest battles is expected in the men section pitting belligerent batters against artistic pitchers.

Beasts pride themselves with a solid lineup of artistic fielders who are also lethal with the bat and they pyrotechnics are usually the stuff of offensive brilliance.
They have players with clinical glove work in their defense as well as individual skills-driven cameos.
The presence of world-class outfielder Mandla Matswinyane, catcher/third baseman, Nkomori Chepape, utility act, Kamogelo Makolomakwe and newly acquired Austin Mankga and the hyperactive Sylvester Maredi makes their defense impenetrable.
The Limpopo aristocrats are not newcomers to the NCC and as such fully understand the demanding nature of this championship.

They have depth of talent in their squad. Meanwhile, Wid Beasts will return to this competition to prove that their provincial league championship is not just a fluke. They have recruited star players recently and will heavily pin their faith on them. On the other hand, Raiders will be the surprise package with youngsters uncovered from relative obscurity.
“We also have remarkable talent in the women’s teams. Some of them come to this tournament heavily armed with international experience;” he said.
